From the very start of this process you made the kids feel very special and well taken care of. You also took good care of me! We just want to thank you and especially your staff for doing such a great job. Compliments were flying regarding the food, everyone loved it and there was certainly enough to go around for seconds or thirds. Gary and I have enjoyed left overs for the past 3 days and it was still just as yummy as the first night. The set up of the buffet and reception hall was perfect! The attention to detail was evident and we are so happy that we picked you as our caterer. Hi Ben, Thanks for helping to make our event a success. When people walked in the door & saw the beautiful food display, the flowers, and the glasses of champagne (not plastic!) I caught many of them looking down at their clothing as if to say, 'Wow - this is a lot fancier than I was expecting. I think I under-dressed!' Everyone loved the assortment of cheeses, fruits and desserts. (I must confess I had more than my share of cream puffs!) Josh set up in a flash & was a pleasure to deal with. Lots of people asked about one of the Bries you served. It was particularly creamy and lovely. Any chance you'd share the name (Delice de Bourgogne)? Another favorite was the apricot Stilton. Although one has to jump through lots of hoops to get the proper permissions to use an off-campus company, it is totally worth it to hear people rave.
